| How do you really feel about transporting your yorkies via AirFlights? Should you really transport a yorkie by itself via Air travel? It seems cruel, they get cold and I hate leaving a baby alone for a few hours. |

I could see myself flying to get the pup and flying back with it with me. It just really seems scary to me. I think Murphy's law is my second last name. | |

| I would only consider it if I had no other option, but I would be a basket case the whole time. I would however, consider paying for a service someone mentioned once where flight attendants fly with puppies in the cabin or where you pay a little extra for the breeder to fly to you with the puppy in the cabin with her the whole time. (Couldn't afford either option, but that's what I would do if I couldn't fly or drive and pick the puppy up myself.)

| First time I transported a yorkie I was so nervous. I brought her to a beach and we traveled 3 hours. She did fine and she runs in the sand like crazy. We drive home after swimming for another 3 hours then she slept like a baby. |

| I took my boys with me to New Mexico from New Hampshire. They flew in the cabin in an airline approved carrier under my seat. Thats the ONLY way Id travel with my boys. I couldn't put them in cargo, I just couldn't do it. Anyway you could do that with your baby?

| I like the idea of investigating the notion of flying in cabin with an airline attendant. I am just wondering if there is more horror stories out there then happy endings. I am leary about buying a puppy just from pictures on the internet also. So many enteries I have read where people have went to the breeder and the puppy chose them just as much as they chose the puppy. Having a guarantee on their lives just to have them shipped seems like we are being hippocritical ,I don't know I am realy torn. Would I ship my child in a cargo hold if there was no other option? Some of profess we love our yorkies as if they were our children. I need more facts before I can really make an informed decision about this. |

| I wouldn't do it, with so many local options or a small drive, I just wouldn't. Who knows how they are handled.. Ya know they take no care with your luggage.
