| Chewing on the walls hello to everyone. I have a little problem with my two boys, one is 18 mo and the other is 6 mo. The little one is gnawing on our walls and eating the paint. Im using Tropiclean Stay Away, Bitter Lime Gel and another that smells like grass but they seems to like it. Is there a safe deterrent that can be used on the wall to stop them ?.

| Kimchee chewed up a big corner of my rented apartment wall when I went out for groceries. I put bitter apple and it worked. He never chew any wall anymore, now he is grown up, so no more problem for me. I would suggest you to use an x-pen/playpen (in the kitchen, for example), so it will confine them and avoid them in contact with anything (eg. walls, wood cabinet, electric sockets, etc.). Good luck!

| I would suggest an xpen/playpen as well. Alot of times it's a sign of anxiety, especially if it's happening when you are out. Wrigley chewed baseboards, windowsills, etc..

| I'm glad it isn't just my two! They even do it when I'm in. And they've got the Skyes joining in! Between them they've excatated a hole nearly big enough for me to crawl through in the hallway. Eaten all the paper & plaster off so it's down to bare stone We live in an old cottage & the sitting room has exposed stone on some of the walls, my last Yorkie had a passion for licking out the mortar between the stones. xx Emmy |
