| Quick Question. Okay so my friend Shannon has decided to get herself and her daughter a Yorkie from one of her friends. I told her that even though this lady is her friend she should still question her and things like that. Well she's had her new baby for about three weeks now and her friend is saying that she wants the puppy back because someone else wants the puppy and will pay more then what my friend Shannon paid for the puppy. My friend is devastated because she fell in love with this little baby so quickly and so did her daughter. What she's asking me is that since the puppy is already registered into her name could this lady take the puppy back? I told her I wasn't sure because we don't have that problem with our babies so I told her I would ask on here and get back to her asap. |

| She should tell her tough luck and not give the puppy back. She is not under any obligation to give it back. It was sold to her first

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | No Way!!!! TOO BAD!!! That girl has no right to ask for that dog back..obviously she cares more about the money than her friends feelings.

| The Breeder could never legally get the dog back to re-sell. The lady who has it can keep it. The breeder would have to sue her. I doubt a judge would return the puppy especially since it is already registered. Sounds like a done deal to me.

| Your friend needs to tell this person NO F***** WAY! It is her pup now, and under NO circumstances does she need to feel obligated to return her Pup. |
