| Abbey lost her two front teeth! (Question) Abbey was playing the other day when my boyfriend and I noticed some blood on one of her toys...so we checked out her mouth and her 2 front baby teeth were GONE!! It was really exciting for me, I tried to take pictures but she does not like anyone looking in her mouth. I checked them again 2 days later and her adult teeth were already out! Does this mean that they pushed the baby teeth out bc they needed to come in? I have read a few threads about baby's getting their baby teeth pulled to make room for the adult ones...Is this something I need to look in to? She is 6 months old on the 13th and weighs about 3.5 pounds. Any advice??

| The adult teeth usually push the baby teeth out, but sometimes they don't and they will end up with a double row of teeth. Mia is 6.5 months and has pretty much lost all of her front teeth, I'm just waiting on the molars in the back. If they aren't out by her spay appt. in a few weeks, they will be pulled.

| I think they look so cute when they're missing those front teeth! They're little tongues stick out then.

| Rambeau hardly lost any of his baby teeth, I had to have fourteen pulled. Just make sure your vet checks for doubles because it can mess up his bite if they aren't removed. He also had two permanent incisors removed to make room for his canines. But he's got pretty choppers now! Melissa and Rambeau () |

| I'm curious at what point should you have their baby teeth pulled? I'm bringing Cassi to the vet by early July to have her spade and am concerned that none of her baby teeth has fallen out at this time. She's currently a little over 5 months and will be 6 months at the end of June. Should I delay her surgery?? |
