| Thanks for the compliments! I did make a vest for Zander, it turned out to be a good fit. I am going to make another one with a D ring, see how that turns out.

| Cute! OK I cannot figure out how to do the ruffle. I even asked the ladies at Jo-Anns. I ended up doing a box pleat because I could not do the ruffle. Any tips?
