| Tennis Balls as Toys...Tooth Enamel Danger? I have heard several people say that tennis balls are bad to play with for your dogs because their saliva mixes with the adhesive used to put the "fuzz" on, and it actually can cause tooth decay. Does any one here know if this is true or not? |

| Wow! I've never heard of that but I will be interested to see who knows about this on YT. I have those teeny tiny tennis balls for my pup & my cat & they love them.

YT 2000 Club Member | I personally have never heard anything about this, but it doesn't mean it isn't so, who knows. BUT, I do know I won't let Maggy may play with tennis balls anymore for the simple fact that she pulls the fuzz off them in chunks and I'm afraid she'll choke on them. So, the tennis balls we had got for her, I tossed them all in the trash.
