| Doggie hiccups. Abbey got the hiccups three times yesterday and once today. Does anyone know what may cause this?? She is not in pain or anything but the first time it happened it scared the crap out of me bc her little body just shakes with every hiccup. Is this normal?

| I don't know why they get them, but they will go away if you pick them up, then put them down, then pick them up again, then down, a few times. It will reset their diaphragm which is what is spasming and causing hiccups.
