| Battle of the Bows! My husband was giving me a hard time about not wanting Brutus to have bows and barrettes in his hair so I gave in and cut it. Well I put a scrunchy in his hair yesterday and now my husband thinks he looks cute! So once his hair grows out topknot here we come! Now I'll have to work on the clothes debate! The first picture Brutus is saying please get away from me with that comb and scrunchy! The other one he's debating whether he can deal with this and still have some dignity. And the last one he's thinking maybe this isn't so bad. I think no matter what I put in his hair he still has a masculline look to his face. Do you find that sometimes you can just tell a male from a female Yorkie? Just want to add that he kept the scrunchy in until I took it out! Now that's progress! Brutus is 7 months today too!!

| I cut Alley's hair too He absolutely refuses to keep a bow or a scrungie in his hair. It was always hanging in his face and as he got older, he looked like a mini-sheepdog. So, I decided to have it cut. I haven't decided whether or not to let it grow back out. Your little man looks adorable!

| I think you could put a dress on him and he would still look masculine! Definitely a guy!! Funny how that works! He's very Manly! Surely your husband couldn't fight you over football jerseys or something like that, does he have a favorite team or nascar or something to break the ice with??? |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | He's ALL boy in his new topknot - REAL BOYS CAN WEAR BOWS !! I think he's just adorable and if I had a boy - you can BET he's be wearing all sorts of bows in his hair - It's adorable AND keeps the hair out of his eyes - You could find some with footballs on them - THAT may make hubby REALLY get excited....they have racecars too. |

| I like the scrunchie, Brutus! You're lookin' good little man! Happy 7 months I wish I could convince my husband that this looks masculine, I mean as long as it's not pink and lacy, it doesn't scream "girl" anyway. Gosh I would give in and not do bows if my husband would only let me pull Sully's hair up at all. I cut it this time, but I'm hoping I can grow it out and be successful like you, Brutus! I love those pics too, your descriptions fit it perfectly! I love the "look" he's giving you in that 1st pic!!!!

| Only two of my boys have their hair up, Andy and Archie. Barney just hates it! He really does look cute with eyebrows, though. Yes, a lot of times you could really tell the boys from the girls even though they might be the same size. I think Brutus looks great with his hair up, my hubby call it the "caveman" look, ...

| He looks all boy to me... If you want a football bow, why don't you make one, go to a craft store buy a small football button or something and sew it on to his scrunchy.! |

Carolyn ~ Mary at www.perfectdogbows.com will make you a NY Jets or Rangers bow if you let her know how you want it. I am going to have her make me a Penn State bow for Piper, once I get the lil' bugger used to having his hair up. She has some cute boys stuff and sports bows on her site already but she'll also make special requests. Brutus is sooo handsome with his scrunchie by the way
