| Update on Spike I would like to thank all of you who responded to my previous post! I will post more pics soon for now-profile pic and attaching one of his and Gus taken with my phone after the dog park (for size comparison-gus is a small Pom 10 lbs & 19 yrs. old). It has been exciting first week....Not sure what happened to that little skiddish yorkie that we brought home-NOT the same dog Used the chicken broth and he eats it no problem now. (mixed with Gus's Eukanuba)I think this gave him energy.Got a good vet report-just needs to gain a little weight and the way he is eating now I don't think this will be an issue. Loves to play and demands to be center of attention. He has brought life back to my Pom. Its almost comical watching my Pom try to keep up with this little guy. Took them to the new dog park here and they loved it. Found out that Spike loves the water so we bought him a kiddie pool this week-end. If he sees me pick up my purse and keys or my husband put on his hat-he goes nuts and runs to his leash and whatever you do-unless ready do not say bye-bye. I could go on and on about these two but since you are yorkie owners you know what I mean. Once again thank you to all who responded. (as far as the weight issue-he may be gaining but I think I will be loosing a few pounds keeping up myself....lol) |
