| Dragon Breath! morning! don't get me wrong, i am a big fan of puppy breath...but in the past few weeks remy has developed quite a case of dragon breath! haha and it is NOT pleasant. we brush his teeth [as good as we can since he is such a wiggle worm at this age] and he chews greenies like they are goin gout of style! is this normal and does it have something to do with teething? he is 6 mos old so he is chewing on anything and everything... thanks guys!

| Don't have an answer for you, but I will keep checking for other replies, as I have the same situation. My guess was that my Trixie has been loosing teeth. It probably bleeds just a bit and then stinks for a bit. (grose eh?) I guess I could check in her mouth for missing teeth, couldn't I ?

| Have you tried Petzlife? I use the gel, followed by the spray, every night before they go to bed....no bad breath, and the vet says their teeth look beautiful.

| This is very common at 6 months while they are teething. My Edie went through that stage too. It was horrible, but it does go away. Take a look and see if your pup has 2 rows of teeth like a shark! If the baby teeth don't fall out, they might need to be pulled. |

| ok, so a few days after i first posted, there were no missing teeth. NOW, his little teeth are falling out left and right! Four that i have seen in the past two or three days [and im sure there are more laying around here somewhere] guess that explains the nasty breath! but thanks for reassuring me

| Bentley is 7 months & I've only seen one of his teeth fall out. It doesn't seem like the others are falling out? Should I be worried? How should his teeth look? I'm worried since I don't know if I should inquire about having his teeth pulled.
