| Your opinion please... What do you think about a dog who isn't acting right? He's not vomiting, or having diarrhea, no fever, no chills. I don't know what is wrong with him. He was out in the heat for a few hours today but he's been acting like this for a while now. He doesn't have his usual vim and vigor. Usually at this time of night when I'm on the computer he's instigating tag. I think I'm going to have to take him to the vet. My husband will kill me if it turns out for nothing. Any suggestions? |

| I don't have suggestions, really.....has he been eating/drinking & peeing/pooping normally in the past couple of days? Sometimes Sully gets like this....very lethargic and not like himself....I just figure he had a bigger day than I had thought. But sometimes I worry too much!

| LOL That's what my hubby just said. He caught me typing and said it was because he was out in the heat and I said not every day! He's been acting this way for a while. I don't know why I worry about him so much. By the way we are talking about Pirogue. I'll get a pic of him tomorrow. He's so independant! But he was my first Yorkie and I love him so much. Hubby says he's ok but I do worry so much about him. |

| Dogs have days when they are blue just like us. And my dogs get very lazy in the heat and don't even play...so that could be it. Sure he drinks enough?

| weather The heat is so dangerous to dogs..especially a toy. You mentioned he was outside for a few hours..in the summer I would make sure they are not out more then 15 mins at a time. Even with shade and lots of water it is a health hazard. Best wishes |
