| How do your babies eat? Is cosmo just a really lazy pup or do your doggies eat like this too? He legs all spread out laying on the floor and eating. Making his head just high enough to fit over the bowl and get some food. He makes me laugh every time he eats becuase of it.

| OMG that was so funny. No, I think Cosmo is the only lazy one, lol. Stewie eats and looks around, eats and looks around.

| That IS funny ! I have found that a lot of Yorkies take a piece of food, step away from the bowl, eat it, return to the bowl for one more piece, and start the whole process over again until they are done. Do others of you have Yorkies that do that? I figured it was a "Yorkie thing" because that is exactly what my Mom's Yorkies do to. |

| Julz - My brother's Shar Pei does that and so did my ex's dogs. I hate when they do that because it makes such a mess! My bro's dog will only eat on carpeting.

| Aww, Cosmo is adorable. I think he is the only lazy one, JK. He is too cute. I never seeing a Yorkie doing that. My Gucci does what Julz said. She takes a bite, move back, looks around and then takes another bite. Our babies are so funny. |

| Yeah, it was worse when she was younger. Now she stays near the bowl, only takes one step away or just turns her head quite a bit before eating it. My other pets heads never come out of their bowls until they are empty |

| Cosmo is a "laid back relaxed fur baby" for sure! I could learn a lesson from him and learn to slow down and relax while eating. I scarf food way too fast and so does Schatzie "Bon Apetite Cosmo!!"

| Chai loves to "play with her food" and she is very protective, especially if it is a treat. She has a really samll mouth and as the tinitest in her litter I think she had a lot stolen from her because she will run and hide with her food and then dart around if another dog come ner her. She also likes to eat on the rug. If she is not that hungry, she will throw the kibble up in the air and pounce on it before she eats it. Hefner eats from the dish now and is faster than Chai. Baby Ava eats one kibble at a time and it seems to take her forever to eat one! It's really cute. |

| He-he! Kacee does that sometimes. At first, we couldn't believe how lazy she was. Now we realize we just happen to have a lazy dog! When Muffin got older, she would sit and eat, but I don't ever remember her laying down and eating. |

| toby just eats his food standing up....... he dances for me before i set it down but other than that he just eats it without a fuss, i have never really catered to his every whim on what brand he wants to eat, if he doesnt eat what i give him then that is his problem........ he does however take a step back and let the kitten eat out of his bowl if she comes over and wants some, but that is him just being a gentlmen while mom is watching (he carries her aoround by the head when im NOT looking..........) |
