| My sister's neighbor has a Yorkie-Poo. He is a really sweet dog. He looks more like a Yorkie than a Poodle. But it seems he has the more layed back personality of a Poodle. That's about all I know about Yorkie-Poo's. Are you thinking of getting one?

| Lily is a yorkiepoo, she is sweet, friendly with children and all pets. She was somewhat difficult to potty train but besides that she has been a wonderful and I would not give her up for anything. We have also had our fair share of health issues but this is because most mixed breeds (mutts) come from puppy mills and irresponsible people who breed without having the parents health checked.

| Yokiepoos are supposed to be a sweet dog, but, as someone else stated about them coming from puppymills, that is not true..a lot of people just like to breed the mixes..they have their own reasoning for it(my sister used to breed morkies), but, she had the parents tested first.. |

| I did not mean to be mean , I just want people to pay attention to where there pups come from. When I got Lily I was very uninformed and I just don’t want that to happen to someone else. Some people do breed them and if that is what they want and are doing it responsibly and for the right reasons that is great. Quote:

| Crosley is a Yorkie Poo. She is the bigger one in my avatar. We rescued her from a family that just wasn't treating her right! She has the Yorkie coloring and her hair grows, but it's curly like a Poodle. She is stubborn like a Yorkie, but she loves everyone and is crazy about kids! She's smart as a whip, but is definitely more of a barker than Wrigley is. She lets Wrigley rule her, it's funny to see a 5lb dog run a 15lb dog around!

| Little Man is a yorkie poo. He's still a puppy, so we are going thru the puppy stage. He's such a sweet and loveable baby. He's all the time into mischief, he's very stubborn. He's good with children and other dogs. He hasn't met a person a he don't like, yet. He loves getting all kinds of attention. He's got the coloring and markings of a yorkie, but his baby coat kind of looks like a poodle. It's long but wiry. I'm not sure about his ears thou, I was told since he is a mix they may take after the poodle and stay down. Here lately thou I see them every now and then stand up on their own. I massage them when he laying in my lap or next to me sleeping. I do know he has the poodle ears thou, they are so BIG and floppy..lol...but that just makes me love him even more.

| OK - we passed on the Yorkie-Poo - hubby wants to stick with a pure yorkie. If anyone is interested, I have pics and information of the owner and she is only asking $400 for her as she had to go back to work and just does not have time for a puppy right now. |
