| How many... Washable pee pads do you own? Im trying to decide on how many pee pads I need to have before my new pup gets here Tues Right now I have some disposables(which i bought thinking they were washable ) but we want to go the washable route. So how many do you own? Or how many did you start off with? Thanks |

| I'm not sure, as I have never used the washable ones, it sounds like on here though that they work great, I just wanted to bump this up for you!

| I have ten Pooch Pads. I'm a neat freak and so is Lady, though. I replace it every time she pees on it so now she refuses to use a soiled one. She will actually go over to it, sniff it and snort and jump backwards in horror if it's already been used. |

| We don't have any! With Slade I bought about a pk or two or the disposable ones before potty trained. There is no way I would train him to potty inside since we have such nice weather the majority the time.

| I have dozens. I have found that washable potty pads come in very handy -- I have some new ones that have never ever been pottied on that I use for a multitude of things including waterproof barrier for large house plants, sopping spills, and in a pinch, bath mats |

| I got mine from Little Bit here on YT. We have about 4 of them. That gives us enough to keep a sane laundry cycle going.

| Thanks all!! I plan to train on puppy pads and outside. Theres just too many animals around here for me to exclusively just train outside(im scared of most of the animals wild or not lol ) I have 2 cats so cleaning poop wont be that bad lol You think 3 or 4 will be enough for 1 puppy? |

It all depends on how often you want to do laundry. If you change the pad daily you would need about four to wash twice a week, etc.

| I think it depends on if you will be using part time or full time too. I only have one right now, but I really need another to lay down for when I'm washing. Tucker's pad stays in his xpen. I take him out every two hours, so he usually doesn't go on it. |

| potty pads We had a West Highland White Terrier years ago who was paper trained. She would go to her papers and if they were soiled, she would come and get me to put down clean ones. She was very insistent about having clean papers to potty. Such a clean, sweet little girl. |
