| How will my puppy look as she gets older? Wish I have figured out the photo thing, to show you my sweetie, but... Trixie is 12 weeks now and I'm wondering when Yorkies begin looking like a yorkie. Yes, I know what her parents look like, and they are definately beautiful yorkies. She's just a beautiful black puppy with brown feet, mouth, brows and a bit on the front of her ears. Just love that face! Her hair is getting longer, I've noticed. Her back is long enough to be flattened now. The variations of colors on the face is great with Yorkies. It seems all puppies have very similar colorings...when is the transformation Don't get me wrong...I love the way she looks now (she's gorgeous) , just am wondering, ya know! | The change takes place gradually. She should have her adult color byh 1 year, but the black can change as she gets older. Yorkies are very unique in the way they change color. The best indicater would be to look at the parents. |

| Thanks, the parents looked quite different from each other. Mom was very red/brown head and Dad was Gray. It's pretty exciting to anticipate Kathy |
