| Extra cuddly For the past two days, Franklin has been extra sleepy and cuddly. At first I was concerned that he was sick, but he is eating/drinking/peeing/pooping normally. Also, when he is awake, he's very rambunctious and playful. It's just that he's less playful now. On the weekends, he used to run around all day and maybe stop for a short nap. Now it seems like he wants to spend all say snuggled up on the couch with me. I'm not complaining! I love it! I'm just concerned. I wonder if he doesn't feel well? Is this normal behavior? We think it might just be Franklin growing up a little, but he's only 4.5 months though so he should still be puppy-ish. Anybody have experience with this?

| i can TOTALLY understand how after the parvo ordeal you will notice every little change. but Layla does this too... she will have weeks where she is Miss independent and doenst' want anyone to barely touch her.. and then some night she will insist on being on my lap (i'm pretty sure it is to make me put the laptop down ) this happens with eating too.. she will go for like a week and a half where she HAS to have 3 meals a day (she normally only gets 2) and then will have a few days where i can't get her to finish a meal... if he is eating, drinking, pooping peeing and playing still (not as hard but will still play with you) i woudlnt' worry |

| All puppies are different. It could just be possible that Franklin is out growing his puppyish ways. I have two 5 month old girls and they do play hard but they are not near as bad as they used to be. They will climb up on the couch and lay on our laps any chance they get. One has learned to jump on the chair next to me when I am on the computer. She is always nudging my arm for attention. It sounds like Franklin is turning into a sweet little lap baby....enjoy it. |

| Okay thanks guys. I probably sound like a nutcase but like Marci said, after everything else I've just been super paranoid. Glad to know it's normal. I'm excited. I've been waiting for him to calm down.
