| Had to hide the ball,,,,,,, I have posted about Gus's favorite ball in an earlier thread. He was playing and running, tossing it in the air, run some more, then the ball got to slippery so he used the pillows on the sofa in the family room to clean it. I told him no and got the ball and tossed it in the front room. He ran for it and I didn't see him for a while after that. After a bit I hear him whimpering. so I go see what was going on. And could not find him. I can hear him but not see him. I call to him and noticed that the sofa was moving as if some one was jumping on it. Then I see his nose sticking out from under it. I don't know how he got himself under there. The sofa sits 3" (if that) off the ground. He was stuck and could not get back out. So I lift the sofa and let him out BUT forget to get the ball out. So after I look him over and make sure he's ok,,,,,, off he goes again. And there I go to get him out. I had get some old sheets and roll them to put under the sofas so that the ball wouldn't roll under again. But now he's pulling them out to use them to clean the ball. Finally had to take the ball away and hide it!!!

| LOL...Maximus does this all te time BUT he can't fit under the sofa..lol..the ball rolls under and he has his nose under the sofa but is barkinmg and barking forveer until I get up and get it out..lol...after about 20 times of him doing this I just have to take the ball away...lol..but I am thinking that I will just invest in a larger ball that can't fit under my sofa..or maybe I will try your idea..but I have 2 sofas a love set so my living room will look like even more of a disaster then after he is done with it..lol@@

| Maggie kept knocking her ball under my cookstove. We had to put a board next to the bottom and the floor. I was so aftaid she would get stuck under there too. You might give him an old bath towel close to his toy box for ball wiping. Sounds to me like he may grow up to be a golfer, or quarterback.

| He has his pillows and blankets all over the place. What ever he sees out he thinks he can use to clean his ball.
