| Mad Yorkie I have a 4 month old yorkie that is looked after by a friend at her house during the day. I pick up my yorkie after work and take home. Usually he's pooped from playing with his playmate all day long. Over the last couple of weekends, I have had the dog stay over my friend's house for an extended period of time. This is the first weekend that I've had the dog in weeks. He's acting weird. I thought he got over the pooh eating habit, but he has resumed. He also poohed and peeed all over the house when he knows where the pads are. Is he acting out for me not being around? Is he mad at me? Am I leaving him too often with my friend and her dog? |

| It could be he thinks of your friend house as HOME now and is acting out because you took him away from his Mommy! I don't know but what would you think if you were in his shoes..errrr Paws?

| there are only 2 possible reasons.....one is that he is mad at you for leaving him at your friends house as much as you do. Yorkies are very sensitive to change. The only way they can tell u this is by acting out. the second poissibility is that he misses ur friends house cause thats what hes used to. As far as eating pooh, some dogs never grow out of it. By 2 year old to this day will still eat her pooh if im not paying attention. |
