| Is he having trouble passing the poop, or it is getting stuck on his fur? How old is he also? If he's having trouble passing, he could be constipated. I know you can add a little olive oil to his food and that should help. If it is getting stuck, the easiest thing to do is trim his fur around the anus. Hope this helps!!!

| It's getting stuck in the hair? I would just trim all around that area so it's smooth sailing!!!! |

| First, make sure hair isn't blocking the anus. If it is, take very small scissors and trim it. If poop gets "hung" partway out, put warm water in the sink or in a basin and soak his rear end in it until it softens enough to remove. Rebel has done this (especially when he was a baby) and this is what I did. Also, I put a little baby oil on his anus with a q-tip because his little bottom was sore. If he seems to be constipated, try about a teaspoon of plain pumpkin. (not pumpkin pie filling)

| I would suggest a warm bath and then a little hair trim.

| I always(and I just did this yesterday) take them in the bathroom and get the water in the sink warm(not hot) put their butt under the faucet and keep working the poop with your fingers..I know, it sounds gross, but, you do what you gotta do.. |

Either way, the warm water will soften it up so you can tell what's going on. If it's stuck halfway, it needs to come out and the warm water is the best way to do it. I hope this works for you.

| Just give Zayden a little hair trim... I always keep my girls hair trimmed in the potty areas.
