| Brooke ~ I feel so sad for you. To lose your beautiful little handsome man that way and then to not even know why? ...that has to be horrible. He was such a cutie!! Just keep memories of him close to your heart because you will see him again . I am happy that you have a new little one to give your love too. I hope you are able to get things settled with Benny's breeder, it would be the right thing for them to do. Kisses to the new little one...pics, pics, pics

| Brooke, I'm so sorry! I just went through this. Where do you live? In NJ the law states that if the dog dies from anything other than an accident before 6 months of age you are entitled to a refund. Maybe your state has something similar. Call your ASPCA maybe they can steer you in the right direction. Don't give up. the guy I bought Bandit from counted on me giving up in frustration and I didn't. I got back the $1750 we paid, he wasn't happy about it, but he had to pay it. Keep fighting him.
