| OH! OH! Snoodles was Bad Oh! Oh! Snoodles was bad today. I told you all how she has been potty trained since she was 9 mos. old. Well, it was below zero this morning, and I let her out and she did her urine bit and came running back in. We went to eat breakfast and when we went back into the frontroom, she had pooped on the top of the couch! Now what in heaven's name would cause her to do that? Hope this isn't a new trend!!!! Never know what those Yorkies are gonna do! Pat |

| Cecilia peed on my bed 2 days in a row this week, I washed all of my bedding after each time. Sheets, Down comforter, etc. It was my fault though, she was spayed on Monday and can't jump off the bed. I felt bad and mad at myself. I am used to her just jumping up and down whenever she wants. |

| Your guys are so funny! It gave me a good belly laugh today. It's not really funny when one is cleaning couches, bed clothes, etc. But they are such rascals. You know, I worry how they jump up and then down on couches and chairs, etc. I wonder if this does bad things to their knees and if we should try to discourage it? How one would ever stop them from doing it, is beyond me?????? Pat |

| We found that these Yorkie babies are a determined lot!! If they want up ... by golly ... they are going to get up! So ... because we were cautioned about the little knees, we make sure that Toto has an easy way up onto beds, sofas, etc. and a soft landing when she comes down! We put "step ups" for higher places and lower places we just toss a couple of pillows and it works beautifully for us!! She is tooo funny ... if she wants to sit with us [even if there is a "boost" available for her], she sits up and "speaks" and I swear she says "Up!"

| Great idea! Pillows might as well be all over my floor as is all the toys! One would think I had a tottler around here what with the junk on the floor. If someone is coming up my walk, I do a quick pidk-up so they won't think I am a slob! |

| Yep! And pillows are always handy at our house! Toto keeps her toys all over the place too! Got her a neat little basket for them today ... the back is higher than the front so it's really easy access for her little short self and it has a liner that can be taken out and laundered! She loves it! She jumped right in looking for some particular toy and all you could see was her little butt sticking up!!

| I can just picture it! Snoodles toys are also in a basket in the frontroom. She plays with one thing, then digs around in the basket and finds another etac. etc. Have toys from my front room to my kitchen. She doesn't bring them in the bedrooms for some reason. That's actually really nice. Gave her a bath this morning. She is pretty good about it. She has a hard time letting me brush her front legs for some reason. Back okay---Front a fight! Go figure?//// |

| You're lucky that Snoodles "respects" the rest of your house! Nothing is sacred for Toto!! She has them everywhere ... even have to move toys off our bed at night! I'm trying to wait until Thursday to bathe Toto this week [going away for the weekend and want her clean] ... she doesn't mind brushing, massaging, etc. any part of her body. She's the first one I have ever seen that doesn't mind you messing with her paws!! As a matter of fact, she loves foot massages!! She will lay on her back in my lap and practically drool when she is getting her feet and legs brushed! She just amazes me! I don't know what we have done to make her this way but we are just so very thankful that she is such a good girl.

| Dean is so funny with toys. He thinks everything belongs to him and has no concept of sharing. We've been playing fetch and if I don't give him the ball or squeaky toy back quick enough, he starts doing a dance and making noise -- whining -- just talking away to me! We had a bunch of pillows pre-Dean, and instead of being on the bed and couch, they're all on the floor now. His Daddy is already drafting a step ladder. The little devil thinks coffee tables and countertops are his domain too. (He's been watching the cat.) Toys. Don't get me started. So many mornings, making my way to the kitchen to make coffee, I've yelled out because I stepped on half chewed nylabone or the prickly teething bone things or almost slid on raquetballs and tennis balls, etc. It just really cracks me up though when I step on a squeaky toy - every fourpaw comes running. |

| Toto does the same thing! I had to hide the granddaughter's toys from her until I could get them wrapped [Christmas]! Her little face would light up and she would start that little "dance". Probably my fault because when we have to leave her alone for a little while, I always promise a little "surprise" ... so now if a surprise comes out of a shopping bag ... it must be hers!! Someone posted pics of little "steps" that their boyfriend built ... I believe it was Junebug?? They were so cute and handy. I have also made temporary steps with empty boxes ... covered with little receiving blankets so the tops wouldn't be slick and she would fall off! They were really handy and easy ... it's easier than trying to pack up and move the steps! The worse thing that I have stepped on in the dark is that darned little "Babble Ball"! [Thank you very much, Mary Ellen!] It's so cute when Toto is playing with it, but kick it in the dark and the voice sounds a little creepy!!

| I rub her toes all the time and so does my husband. She hates it! I am hoping she will get use to it and someday I may be able to clip her nails without such a struggle. All you guys made me laugh with your stories about the toys. I guess I am lucky she only uses the frontroom sand kitchen. Love the idea about the steps made out of boxes. GREAT IDEA~! Pat |
