Am I Crazy I Am Having A Hard Time With This, It Should Be Fun And I Am Making It Difficult. I Know He Is Gonna Be Scared. I Dont Want To Leave Him Either.... I groom Ellie myself. Those are real possibilities you listed and you should be able to stay.

| Why don't you ask to stay while he is being groomed? If I was to be told I could not stay, then I wouldn't be taking my puppy to be groomed to that place. That's just me. But that is also how I have always handled it.

| What many people do is to start small with the grooming until both you and your puppy are comfortable. Just have his paws and face trimmed the first time while you wait, for instance. You can also get a feel for the place and see if you are happy with it. Has he had all his shots? You should wait two weeks after his last shots for full immunity. Parvo is especially dangerous for puppies as it can live on surfaces like grooming tables for months. |

| I would be too afraid to leave one so small. If you do take him, I'd stay while they do the grooming. I do my own because I would worry myself to death.

| grooming If he's only 14 weeks you should only need to give him a bath. Now's a good time to learn how to do some things yourself. Get him used to being combed and brushed and maybe trim his hair on his paws and ears for now. |

| I discovered a really talented groomer who comes to my home and grooms Rockie. Sal has been grooming for over 30 years and is patient and friendly with Rockie. Maybe your babies next grooming expreince can be done at your home. Sal has a van fully equipped. I enjoy watching him groom Rockie.
