| Fish Oil-Omega 3 for Skin & Coat Hi, my baby's fur is very dry. She has alot of knots. I bought oatmeal shampoo and bought conditioner. I wanted to know if giving her fish oil would be a good idea. I have hear a couple of people suggest that. If so where do I buy it? I found a few at PetsMart. Which would shoudl I buy? |

| I give my yorkies Flaxseed oil. I buy it at Walmart. I think you can find the Fish Oil-Omega 3 in "cod fish oil". You can also buy cod fish oil at Walmart too |

| I was told to put 5 drops of Olive Oil in Maggie's food, daily. I have been doing that for months, and her coat is shiny, silky and tangle free.

Also a good shampoo and conditioner will help lots ...Are you rinsing her really really well after her bath ? They can get itchy if residue is left on their hair and it can dry out their skin..... I hope this helps a bit - it's lots of work caring for a yorkie - but once you get into a routine - it gets easier !! Liperderm is a good supplement also ....I used to give it to my cocker - Petco has it... | |
