| newborn questions... My Haley had 2 pretty females. I thought newborn yorkie pups had a whitish chest. One has a white chest, the other has a tan chest with no white..is that normal? |

| I think some pups have a white diamond shape on their chest, not all though. I'm sure a breeder on here will have a better answer though.

Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | Not all pups are born with the white markings, so yes, it's very normal NOT to have it. The white I understand is a welcomed trait as a sign of either a good quality coat or a thick coat. I can't remember for sure which it's supposed to be and/or I've heard it both ways. Congrats on your new puppies! Would love to see pictures!
