| Help! I'm moving!! O.k my husband and I are getting ready to buy a new home and we have never moved before with Jasmine, should I leave her at my parents house for the day with there dog (they are like sisters) or keep her with me at all times, I've heard it can be very stressful on our babies when we move does anyone have any advice? Please thanks!

| I would take her to your parents during the actual move because you and your hubby are going to be busy with moving everything, plus doors will probably be left open for the movers to get stuff in and out easier, and you don't want her to run loose or get stepped on, or something dropped on her.

Also, to make the move less stressful I would (if your able too) take her to your new home with you a few times before you move so she can check the place out. When we moved into our house we did that, (even though it wasn't exactly finished) and the day we moved in I brought him and let him check the whole place out. He adjusted pretty well, but then again he thinks every place is "his place" Good luck with the move!

| I just moved in September, and I left "The Girls" with my daughter for 24 hrs. That way I was able to get things organized so they wouldn't get stressed out. They took to the new place right away, cuz all their "stuff" was waiting for them. Good Luck!! |

| I think thats what I am going to do! I don't feel like going to jail for hurting someone for dropping stuff on my baby! and she gets along so well with my parents dog but the other thing I just thought of now she has never been up or down stairs before? Has anyone ever experienced that?? I love moving, each hour you think of something different!

| Yes, stairs were a problem for the little one, she'd go up but refused to go down. Just sat there and cried for me to pick her up! Honestly it took her about 3 mos of us coaxing her before she'd come down. Now, she flys up and down! |

| Good luck with your move, I think for you, your husband, and your baby its best to let her have the day off and go play with her "sisters" I hope everything goes smooth!! |

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | I would take her to your parent's house so she is safe. It might be a little stressful for her to move, so if you can I think you should take her to your new home a few times so she can smell around and get used to it. Good luck with your move!

| thanks guys for all of your help!! I'm going to leave her with her "sister" at my parents house so I know she will be sound and safe there!! And as for the stairs I guess I will have to use lots of "treat treats" to get her up and down maybe?! Who knows lol As long as she can't hurt herself I will be fine! Do you guys think that is another issue I have to worry about if she can hurt herself on the stairs? I don't think she will, heck she tries to jump off the back of the couch and I about have a heart attack, I'm so worried one day she will hurt herself or her joints from being "super wonder dog"
