| I dropped Conner off this morning around 8:15 a.m. They told me they would call me around 1 p.m. to let me know how the little guy was doing. The vet called me and said they could not do the surgery because Conner's liver number was slightly elevated. He said he is not concerned because it was only slightly elevated. He put Conner on Liver Support pills (30 of them, which he has to take once a day). When the pills are almost gone, I have to make an appointment for him to return to check the liver again. It never ends. This morning, Conner was looking at me like he was saying, "Mama, you forgot to feed me!!" It broke my heart. Hopefully, his numbers will be normal when we go back. I will let you know. Thank you for thinking of Conner. Right now he is sleeping on the couch (after eating his lunch).
