| Does anyone have PetPlan Insurance? I'm looking at PetPlan Ins. for Lucy. Does anyone have this? And if so, do you like it? It is the only one that covers hereditary conditions. Although so far she does not have any problems.I spoke with someone this morning and I'm thinking of joining. |

| I don't have PetPlan, but I do have Embrace. And they cover all genetic illnesses. And they pay very well, I know because Kiwi had to have a lot of testing done and a liver biopsy surgery done as well. They paid for the whole thing minus the deductible. And they paid it in two weeks!!! Is PetPlan the one that is popular in Europe?

| I don't use pet insurance at all (though I have thought about it). If your dog has a lot of problems and you sign up when they are small it may be worth it, but how do you know if they will have problems? Then they end up not covering much (or only part of the bills). I am still looking for the perfect company for Ellie (haven't checked this one out yet) but probably will never find it.

| Thank you for the info. I went with Petplan. The website is www.gopetplan.com. We will see how it goes. I am lucky that she is healthy. |
