| Question for the experts..(teeth) Is it painful for puppies/dogs to have double teeth? Is it necessary for them to be pulled or will they fall out on their own?

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | Jaxon had is pulled-when we let them go till he was a little over a year old-to see if they would fall out on their own. They were on the top & our vet said they had to pulled or the new teeth could get decayed.

| Lily had hers out when she was spayed. she was getting food caught between the puppy teeth and the new adult ones. The vet said it could cause infection, and if left untreated pain.

| It can definitely be painful for them. It's just best to go ahead and have them pulled when you spay/neuter if you haven't had that done already.
