| Need some canned pumpkin help! Hi there, Sadie is 14 weeks 2.2 pounds. She is constipated and I hear that canned pumpkin helps but how much and do I have to heat it??? Is this stuff precooked? She is small so How much do I give? I'm nervous to give it but if some one that has done it before knows how to help me I'll feel so much better....HELP!

| it has to be the 100% pure pumpkin.. no spice... and chances are she is going to hate it (Layla did) but if you can get 1/4 tsp in her i think you'll be doing ok. I try and give Layla 1/2 but she won't take it... |

| I've given Lacy canned pumpkin before. She's 7lbs and I gave her about a tablespoon. She loved it!

| 1 Tablespoon...My shepherd was constipated a couple weeks ago, I gave her about 3-4 T and mixed it in with her food, she loved it..I just took it right out of the can and gave it to her.. |

| Sugar hates pumpkin too. When he had diarrhea I mixed it with some pedialyte of all things and he ate it.
