| Broken hearts.. I wanted to say thanks to everyone at this site. I have to say good bye for now. Ive wanted a yorkie all my life and I was finally able to afford one in April 07. December 07 he went missing. My daughter was outside with him in the yard (fenced). She came inside to use the bathroom and when she went back outside he was gone. She was so distraught it took hours to calm her down. She feels so responsible for him going missing. We posted signs and called everywhere. She continually asks if we can get another one. I dont know when or if we will get another one. It had taken a long time to save enough $ to get him. It's just her and I and times are tough.. When I tell her this she says "oh...., but can we still get another puppy?" How do you explain this to an 8 year old? She is having a hard time with why people would steal a family member. Hindsight...save for tattoos and microchips? |

| I am so sorry you lost your baby. But that doesn't mean you have to say good bye! There are alot of good people on this site and you can still learn and laugh from the stories you read. |

| The right yorkie will come your way and you just might find him/her right on yorkietalk...lots of yorkies need to be rehomed for one reason or another. Also check your local yorkies rescues and let the animal shelters know what you are looking for. Years ago I was looking for a siamese cat and they put me on the waiting list for one...they got a kitten in a called me right away..so dont give up home and dont leave yorkie talk...also dont give up hope..there have been lots of reunion stories here too!!
