| OH MAN, does anyone have or had... a problem with HORRIBLE nasty breath?????? Rocco is 5 months today and for the last two days his breath just knocks me down. Is this possibly due to teething? I actually took him to the vet this morning because he was having some other problems which turned out to be because my 2 year old fed him a strawberry poptart which shot his gluecose sky high. Anyway, my vet checked his teeth really well for me and said everything looked well but didnt really give me any reasoning or suggestions for fixing the bad breath. Anyone have any suggestions? |

| Maybe it's coming from the stomach. What kind of diet is he on. If it's not his teeth that is all I can think of. Is he a poop eater? I know that sounds gross but some do this. |

Donating YT 14K Club Member | He could be teething and food is getting trapped between the teeth. Or, he could have a sour stomach and that is where the stench is coming from. Watch his teeth and make sure that the baby ones come out or else you'll have to get them pulled. If you're planning on neutering him, you can have both procedures done at the same time. Good luck!

| There could be several causes and there are several possible solutions. It could be his diet causing the problem, or an issue w/ his teeth. Have him checked to see if his teeth need to be cleaned and brush them regularly. Get some liquid oral care to add to his water--it helps fight plaque and bad breath. I know there are some treats that help fight bad breath. I have been told to let them munch on raw carrots...but never tired it and can't tell you why that is supposed to help. |

Donating YT 11K Club Member | Yes London's breath is HORRIBLE! It makes me worried. She does have those extra teeth still so im thinking that may be why cause food gets stuck in between but i brush them and still nasty, yuck!
