| Winter grooming I groom Tilly myself and decided back in November that I was going to let her hair grow out but keep her face trimmed up. Well her back is started to look a little shabby. Do you normally keep the same cut all year round on your Yorkie? I was just afraid of Tilly being cold.

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | i last cut morgan's hair in Sept. i let it grow out in the winter so she looks like a poofy bear with her cotton coat. Then in the spring i'll cut her back into a puppy cut. i want to cut her down right now but i think she'll be cold too. its hard to put clothes on her tho while she's poofy because she mats. *sigh* a never ending battle of hair

| I Have Done The Same Exact Thing. Bella Is Only One, But Because She Was Kinda Coarse.. I Kept Her In A Puppy Cut. Now I Am Letting Her Grow. She Was Getting Out Of Control. However, It Seems The Longer It Gets The Staighter It Gets. I Have Not Decided What Will Happen In The Spring... I Kinda Like Her A Little Longer...lol Ok So That Really Helped With Your Question!!! Lol Sorry |

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | legs are so hard to groom to me. morgan has who-feet (people of whoville in the grinch movie LOL) because i can't cut them right. i think i may take her to the groomers soon to clean up her feet and legs because i can't.
