| Thank-you so very much for the update! I, too, have given up on treats (with the exception of Nutro "cookies") but it is great that YT can be a place to share this info..... because of info I have received here, my hairdressers Lhasa Apso (sp) was kept from eating some treats that were bad. (I passed the word on to her) Again TY!

| Mine get veggies and cheerios, too, and I make a liver cake for them with a package of cornmeal muffin mix and a carton of pureed liver. Make the muffin mix as instructed and add the liver. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. My furkids love the liver cake. |

| I buy dog treats from Canada I am just too scared to buy anything from China. Petsmart sells old mother hubbard dog treats and I drive at least one hour to get them for my furbabies. |

| That is so scary. I got a bag of those from KV Vet Supply and Lady loved them. I couldn't figure out why they were out of stock indefinitely when I tried to reorder them recently. Fortunately, Lady didn't have any problems. Heck, she's already a diabetic! The scary thing is that I just bought a high end chicken breast chip called Vitality Minis. I paid $8.50 for the little bag. The company is in California and they are cage free, all natural, no additives, fillers, or by products, but I just read the fine print and they are made in China, too! This whole thing is just so scary. |
