| Question.... Cricket my 9 month old yorkie has an odor around her face, not her ears and mouth, but I notice it every time she gets close to my face, and her coat is oily looking the next day after a bath, are these two related? She has very dry skin and I have used oatmeal , baby, tail & mane shampoo, nothing seems to help. but I am concerned about the odor around the face. she does have a little discharge around her eye that I put terramycin on for about a week. Any ideas? Dian ~ ~ |

| My springer had eye drainage but it never had an odor. Could she possibly be rubbing her paws in something or her face in something like a litter box or anything? |

| I remember when Lacy had an eye infection w/ a yellowish green discharge, it smelled bad. Ear infections can smell as well.

| Callie's left eye will tear a lot if the hair isnt kept away from it. It tends to smell kinda funky, but, I clean her face every day and that seems to help.
