| How Much Do Your Puppies Weigh? Hi, I just had Bear to the vet yesterday for his 3rd set of shots and he weighed in at 4.5 pounds! He is a little over 3 months old. That seems a little big to me.. what do your puppies weigh? |

| I think chloe is weighing in at a little over 2lbs now at 7 months. She just had a sudden growth spurt which is good cuz she is too tiny. But she isnt exected to get that much bigger.

| Don't worry, I am right there with you. Bux is about 5 1/2 full grown. But at Bear's age he was about 3 1/2 lbs. I like Bux this weight, but I do wish I had a smaller puppy, he can get heavy carrying around. I think we are getting him a brother or sister in the next 6 months and I will probably get a smaller yorkie. But, I love him any way. |

| Gus is a little guy, I think he was almost 8 months when I took him in to get neutered and he weighed in at 1.8 lbs. He is now a year and 3 months and is 2.8 lbs. They come in all different sizes. And hard to determine size when they are puppies. It is pretty much a estimated guess and no matter if they are a whopping 10 lbs or a tiny one like my Gus, they are very precious.

| my coco is 7 months and 4 1/2 pounds! i loovve his weight i think it is the perfect weight for a yorkie for me. he's fragile and we still have to take extra care but not as much care as a "smaller" yorkie. i think if he was any smaller i would be a nervous wreck all the time

| Buddy's nearly 5 months and is showing 7lb on my home scales, it doesnt do ounces so i'm not sure how accurate it is, ive got 2 children and my partner has 3 (his dont live with us, but come to stay regularly) so when all 5 kids are here and playing with Buddy i'm glad of his extra bit of weight, i think i'd be a nervous wreck if he was a tiny pup! I think their weight can be deceiving aswell, my mother and father inlaw have a yorkie and he looks masses bigger than Buddy cos he's got a long body and longer legs yet theres only a couple of pound difference in weight. Buddys quite small and stocky so i think it makes him look smaller and i swear if i had his fur cut off he'd only be about 3lb! lol I hope he doesnt get tooo big though otherwise i'l have to join a gym and build up my arm muscles cos he loves being carried, he does what little kids do and gets right infront of me when we're out walking and sort of gets up on back legs whimpers and scrambles his front legs all up my legs to be picked up and carried!
