Good job you guys may have saved a life I set great store by the opinions and advice offered on this board, and I really do listen. The other day I was driving home, and right around the corner from my house I saw a neighbor walking an adorable yorkie. Of course, I pulled over to the side and got out and introduced myself and started in on the yorkie talk. The subject got around to treats, and the lady told me she gives Houston those "greeny" things, and I almost had a stroke. I told her what you guys said and she said she was going home and throw them away. I told her about the Kongs and fillers, and the CET chews, and the nyla bones instead. I took Mika over for a play date with Houston, and I should have taped it for you guys. She called later to say that Houston was fairly depressed that Mika left, so we will have to go over often. They wore each other out and slept rather well, the exercise was good for them both.

Mine have greenies, and the new improved ones are fine..the only thing is it doesn't take them as long to eat them..I really don't see anything wrong with them, and my vets office even still sells the new ones..they have helped my 5 year old yorkies teeth so much, that she doesn't even need to have them cleaned yet

| I used to give Lacy greenies but stopped after the news came out about them. She liked them but it never took her long to eat once. If I'm going to give her something to chew on, I want her to chew on it for a while..for it to last days...not minutes. It was more of a treat than a chew. I don't know much about the new greenies, but I still don't see the point in giving her a "chew" that she's going to eat in two minutes. I'll stick to bully stix

Well I'm so green that when I found the CET chews I thought the number on the website meant that I would get a lot of them, instead when they came I saw that I had bought the ones that are like for rotweilers for my little yorkie, but I give them to her anyway, and she works on it for a whole, day, but at the end of that day they are gone. Maybe it's best I got the gargantuian size after all for miss thing. Keeps her busy and her teeth look good.

Isn't it fun to make new friends. I am glad that Mika has a new friend in Houston and you have a new friend in Houston's mommy. And what a wonderful thing to be able to share the hazards of Greenies. I know the new formula is supposed to be ok -- but I wouldn't trust them. Good Job!

I'm going to take some pictures for you guys. Houston is about Mika's size and he has those big gizmo ears with the tufts of hair coming from them, and his tail was not cut. Still he has this appeal, and he is the first dog who would be friendly with my wild child as they are two of a kind.
