| I am changing her name to Houdini! HELP Can you believe my little 2 lb. 6 oz. Holly Rose climbed out of her 2 ft. tall ex-pen? I think she used the door of her crate to climb on top of her crate and then jump the ex-pen rail from there. The little stinker! Now, what do you suggest? A. Get a taller ex-pen B. Move her to the utility room with a baby gate and hope she does not climb that C. Another solution (please let me know what it is) I need an answer ASAP because I have to go to work tomorrow and don't really want to have her there all day. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

| I can tell you that when I got Angel, she climbed right out of the Xpen, actually climbing it like a fence!!! Perhaps confine her to a bathroom?

| Maybe you could make a "lid" for the x-pen-try a fitted twin size sheet, when the x-pen is in its rectangular shape. Also, I can't remember who, but another member said that she had piece of plexi cut at the same size as the panels on the x-pen, and then drilled a few small holes in them near the edge, and zip-tied them onto the inside of x-pen. That way, the dogs could climb because it was slippery on the inside!

| Glad I could help-try it out and let me know how it works! You may need to improvise and tie it down in a few places for extra security from little Miss Houdini -just sew a ribbon onto it in a couple of places-maybe 6 or 8 all the way around and tie it through the holes on the top of the pen, and back onto itself..that should help keep the little magician from getting out! Good luck!

| I don't have any twin size sheets, but I did find a two-panel shoji screen. It is a tall one so it made a nice lid. There was about 4 - 5" on one end that it did not cover so I put a box over that part. Voila. I just hope it contains her. If not, into the bathroom she goes.

| It sounds like you've gotten some good ideas on how to make a top. I hope it works out for you. If not you might want to baby proof your bathroom and keep the pup in there.
