| Funny Behavior Hi all! I just joined the other day. I have an *almost* 4 year old little girl...and was wondering if anyone has noticed the same funny behavior in their babies. My little Madi has always done this thing where she walks backwards and like flings her back legs scratching the carpet. I call it her "moonwalk." She does it when there is something she doesn't like, its almost like she is throwing a tempertantrum! She also loves to scratch and dig on sheets of paper...especially news paper! It is the funniest thing ever! Does anyone else see this wacky behavior??

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Pixie is the only one of mine that does that. We call it moonwalking too. She does it when she wants something or if one of the other dogs has something she wants. It is so funny. First Yorkie I have had that does that.

| My little one does this, I just thought it was her way of letting Chloe know she's the boss, little or not. |

| Yes, I think madi does it also to show who is boss...its usually followed by a one loud YELP...just to make sure everyone knows! She gets even more mad when I laugh at her. She is just too darn cute to argue with!

| Toby does that outside sometimes after he poos but Shelby Rose does it several times a day all over the house and on the couches. She looks so cute doing it too.

| I'm just guessing here but they have scent glands in their feet so I think they are marking their territory. Gus always does it after he poos.

| LOL My sister calls it the curly shuffle..her yorkie has done that for years(she's going on 12), my sister used to tell her to wipe her feet when she would come in from outside, as that's what she would do.. |

| Yes, my little Lillie has been doing that since she has been about 6 months old. It is the funniest thing and sometimes she will sit there for a long time just kicking - I have to call her a few times for her to stop. She mostly does this when she is acting up - she did it on Saturday to my mom as my mom was eating a pretzel and she went right up to her and looked up at her, barked and kicked her feet back - demanding that my mom give her some of that pretzel.

| Too CUTE! Yes Madilyn seems to do this when she is acting up. Sometimes she kicks, then puts her chin the ground and gives a loud bard, then she stands up and gives you her one eye stare (head turned to the side with one eye looking at you) and gives another bark. She wants everyone to know who is boss!
