| What is my come back next time??? This is the third time someone made a remake about Roxy. I was taking her out to potty yesterday and this boy said look at the rat. This was not the first time it happen. The only thing I could think of a min later was the only rat I see is you. Then another time when I was taking her out a man said you need to feed that dog. Roxy is about 4lbs right now. What come backs do you use when people talk about your furkid? I really think some people are just jealous.

| I think people say that cause the dogs are so tiny to be a dog. They dont say it to be rude, least I dont take it like that. I just say at least it is a pretty rat and smile.

| Well.....I'd probably say " Yeah, she likes to bite stupid people to, so you better watch out." I can be a little harsh when it comes to my baby.

| I think that people think they are being funny but they are ignorant saying things like that!! My dad is 68 years old and can be very corny and always has something to say about mine being a dust mop and etc .... he thinks he is being funny. I think it is best just to ignore them....with people today you just dont want to start something. |

| I agree with you and sometimes it depends on how my mood is I'd have a comment like oh! rats bite too want to find out people can be so insensitive to others. I really do not take it personal they do not love your baby like you do. |

| Opps i meant to add that people with huge dogs get all the comments also. My friend has a ??? i cant remember the name now but it begins with a W... and it is one of the largest breeds and she hears constantly comments about cleaning up its poo and what it must eat and is that part horse.....On the most part i think people are trying to be funny not hurtful... |

| It depends on my mood too, I have had people call him "rat dog" and gotten really upset then I have had other comments and I shrug them off. I am protective of my baby and guilty of being hypersensitive. |

| When people say that to me about my three 4lb Yorkies....I just say : "There's more dog in that small package than in any big dog !" They don't know what to say to that ! Another I've been known to say is.... "Oh you mean my ROTWEILLERS !" ....Always stumps them that one ! Debra x x x |
