Hey everyone, we just got our new puppy today (well we payed for him today but we arent ready for him until saturday)! He is so cute. He is 1.5pds and has the softest coat ever! He likes to stick his tongue out.. I know that Chewy would be happy that we found a such a sweet puppy~ We cant decide what to call him but iam thinking Twix... Someone said that dogs respond better to 2 syllable words but i havent thought of one that really stands out yet. My boyfriend likes kermit the dog!! ya know like kermit the frog... i just cant decide so help me out guys.. Ill post his picture when we bring home saturday...

Dont worry Chewy- we will never forget you.. We love you forever no matter where you are! (RIP)

I am so happy for you guys! This is great news. I know how hard Chewy's death was on you and this new little guy will not take his place, but will actually help you remember him as you see him do things like or different from Chewy. Can't wait to see pics.

I wish I could help with the name. I like Twix and Kermit and I liked the new puppy "Dash"...that was creative. Maybe you can think of something from a movie or TV show that is current. I always like to get them home and acclimated a little to see the personality and sometimes it just comes to you!

I am so happy that you found you another puppy to share your love with...we all know the love that you gave to Chewy and I know that you will do the same for your new little one...we will always remember Chewy!!!

I like the name Twix and Kermit...so I am no help there either!!! No matter what, he will be the cutest puppy ever!!

I had a dog trainer tell me that no matter what you name your dog, just make sure it doesn't end with anything that sounds like "O". He said it sometimes confuses them, when you say the word "No".

Just remember when choosing a "fad" name that what seems cutsie now might not be so good 5 or 7 or 10 years from now.

I had to remind my daughter of that when she was naming Cooper . . . much better than some of the names she was coming up with!!

we got him from a lady we actually know. Its weird how things workout. I cant wait till he is able to go out and play with other dogs.. i will definately let you know when he can so we can talk/play dogs! People think im crazy! non dog lovers will never understand!
