| Do Not Eat Is the Do Not Eat bag that comes in some of the snacks poisonous? I don't think he ate any of it but the bag was torn open and the powder was all over the place. He seems to be acting normal. Any advice |

| I assume it must be something to take out any moisture that would/could accumulate. I would also call the vet just to be sure. |

| the packet is to help remove mositure from things. They are not harmful as far as I know. We had a run in with these things with the triplets, somehow Kendrick found one and ate it before I could get it out of his mouth...YUCK According to poision control it wont do much of anything. Of course this is with a human child, not a dog, so it is best to call and ask.

| My puppy got into a new box of shoes I had and I found one of those little packages ripped open and it appeared that he did eat some of it... he was fine afterwards though...

| I was told they were harmful. Because they can dry out the lining of the intestines by absorbing the fluids and then cause a blockage. I have never had it happen, I have never had one of my kids (fur or skin) eat one. I think you should call your vet and talk to him. The least he'll tell you is to keep a close eye on your baby. |
