| How demanding is your Yorkie? Pixie is just coming up to 5 months and is a whole 2lbs of spoilt diva! I swear..she's such a madam! she has everyone running around her...she yaps and snorts at me if i'm sitting at my computer or watching the TV..i'm not allowed to ignore her for a second! if she wants up onto my lap she's there yapping in protest until i lift her.. if she wants feeding...or her chicken is not coming quick enough..YAP YAP YAP! If my Staffy has a chew she yaps at him because SHE wants it...she's so funny though, but she's far more demanding and vocal than my last yorkie ever was!!

| You want spoiled little diva? Omgosh you should do a search on my posts about Susanah! LMAO Every toy in the house is HERS. If anyone else has the toy she will do they yap thing and pester them until they give it up. Then she doesn't even play with it! She just takes it and puts it on her bed or brings it to me to hold for her.

| Oh Cody is highly demanding too ! If I'm not paying enough attention he scratches my leg or growls under his breath. If he wants to play . he lets me know. When i'm on my laptop (in my lap) i have my hands down. well he will take his head and nudge them til i pick them up so he can walk across me to get on the arm of the couch cause he HAS to look out the window!!! |

| I think it is a yorkie thing. If I am ignoring Sawyer, he runs full speed into a brass planter I have sitting by the door. It makes a horrible sound on the tile floors. He will also sit on my husbands lap, and stare and bark at me like he needed the extra height to be eyelevel One thing is for sure, yorkies will not be ignored, and will be smart in finding ways to get their message across.

| No, not really a Yorkie thing here. My two share everything, love anything mammal and isn't a bit needy. Maybe it's in the way they are raised? Not sure. I've also never seen one that's needy or spoiled that come from a BYB or mill. |

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | oh my! Tucker is no problem at all, he just sits there. Maddie on the other hand is SUCH a Diva! She doesn't play fetch....it's like..."Are you kidding me? YOU go get the ball. and YOU bring it to ME." haha. and if it's raining out...forget it. She wants you to follow her around with an umbrella. If something is displeasing her, she'll talk to you until it's fixed.

| spoiled diva Hello_ I have two yorkies-trouble 6-a girl and conner 5-a boy. I have never had dogs before and these two are very needy. They love to lay on the couches or on my lap when I am on the couch. My girl thinks all the toys are hers and for some reason does not want to play with conner. Conner is not as hyper thank goodness, but is very loveable and tilts his head when we talk to him like he knows what we are saying. They are a joy but love attention that is for sure-who can help lifting them and giving it to them-yorkies are the best! Happy Halloween to all, troubles mama Beth |

| I'm glad to see I am not the only one with a demanding yorkie.... Daisy is sooooo demanding. She moans for us to pick her up on the couch or bed. She moans to have her blanky put over her. She moans if her blanky is in the closet and she wants it out, if you are eating something and not sharing, if she wants to go outside or for a ride in the car, if my hubby and I are cuddling without her in the middle of us, etc. etc. My husband says she is spoiled rotten...She thinks she is human and deserves all the attention. She is just too funny.

| Well I must share too..:-) My oldest is just under 4 pounds and a very tiny body..he is my main man, and the love of my life...butttttttttttt when he wants my attention he gets it one way or the other, and never lets up. Then I have one that can do her own thing, buttttttttttttt again, when she is tired, she sits at my feet and whines until I rock her and cuddle her like a baby, and she only wants this when she is tired..and only kisses when she wants to and then watch out...puppy licks all over the face!!!! But what would I do with them..I cannot imagine, I tell my husband they need me, he tells me I need them. lol pooh's mum |

Donating Yorkie Yakker | us too Skippy has the smallest white Correlle bowl for his food, when he's hungry he'll throw it at us, if we don't pay attention, he keeps picking it up and tossing it around. Same for his water bowl if I don't know it's empty. he runs from me if I want to hold him or cuddle, then when I might be sitting on the couch, he'll come up and lie next to me, that's it for snuggling(that's part of the reason I want my little Gabby, coming next month)!!! |
