It's a big week for her, she's going to her first training classes, thursday she's getting her last round of shots and on Saturday she's getting groomed for the first time

| She's going to be a busy little lady this week. She'll do great at lessons, as long as you practice. You know she has to get you trained right too.

| Hi Izzy Princess, yes we are doing clicker training. Our first class went really well it was small only 5 dogs and a good mix and during off the leash time all the dogs played which was nice. And now I really understand why people are such enthusists about clicker-training, I swear after the first class she is already more repsonsive and pays much better attention

Therapy Dog Donating Member | Clicker Training Works We love clicker training - Izzy went to NCD (Northcoast Dogs) and in Puppy I class we only had 3 puppies - well too funny - puppy classes were to be up to 16 weeks old but even though Izzy was 5 mos when I got her they let her in because she is super tiny. Even funnier - after six weeks the other two puppies (Cavalier and Golden Retriever) where so much bigger than Izzy - she didn't even hardly grow. K - back on subject - now we are going 8/23 to Puppy II clicker and then on to fun and tricks. She gets so excited when she sees me getting my clicker and treat bag to work on our training. We both love it and it really gets you involved and bonded with your furbaby. I can't say enough good things about clicker-training. There is also a site www.clickertraining.com with lots of stuff if you want to read. Hope to see you 8/25 at Dover Park - are you going?

| We're going to Training Tracks Canine Learning Station and I'm already in love with this technique, my dad used it on his two Golden Retreivers but they had private at-home training sessions, something that i cannot afford, but I know that if we just make sure to work with her on it at home she'll be just fine. The funniest thing ever was during free-time one of the bigger dogs (i forget what kind sometype of mountain dog) who was probably like 30 pounds already pawed Lucy in the face she got in his face hit him with her paw and started barking at him. The teacher was like well I guess we know who is going to rule this class. It was pretty funny. I'm not sure what is going on 8/25 at Dover Park (where is that located)?
