| So cute!!! She is a very quick learner! I taught my westie and dachshund that trick. Now that I have yorkies I am working on it, but they are only up to sit, and down. Bang is next! It's amazing what they will do for treats isn't it?

| Your baby is so cute - but listen here - You really have to stop shooting your pets! I do believe that's illegal. That's really good - how'd you do that? I'm lucky that Tink sits and lays down! |

| oh Kellie, Morgan is just so cute playing dead I wish Annika could do the same thing, of if only I had time. The only thing she is very good at is SIT and only if you have a treat for her . . .that butt of hers is faster than a speeding bullet the minute she knows you are about to hand her something . . . sending kisses to baby Morgan |

| I love that trick. My collie does it pretty well - she's 10. But we haven't started to teach Zoe yet. We're working on sit, down and dance. |

Morgan already knows sit, down, roll over, and high five. So to get her to play dead i had her lay down first. Then i'd kinda poke her to roll over and then stop her on her back and tell her to stay. i'd make her hold the stay for a few seconds then give her a treat. After doing this a few times i added the bang, each time tho i had to roll her over and make her stay. after a doing it with the 'bang' a few times, i stopped rolling her over myself or i'd make the motion to roll her over but not touch her. now she'll go from a standing position to the bang position with only me pointing my gun at her and saying bang. hehehe

| I love the bang trick! I want to teach cali to do it sooo bad..does she have to know roll over to do it? She knows sit, lay, and stay..amongst others..will that be enough?

as long as she knows lay down then you should be able to teach her play dead and roll over. When you put her in the down position you then manually have to roll her over on her back so she gets the idea of what you want. good luck

| That's so cute! My brother had a very large dog at one time, and he would say "bang" while the dog was standing and the dog would just drop over and play dead. It was so funny. He had a bad habit of jumping on me when I'd visit, and he was bigger than me! So, when he jumped on me I'd say "bang" and he'd drop over |
