| Look into the reusable pee pads.(Petsmart and Petco). you can wash them, and they dry in a flash. Also they like it better. I also think alot safer, as they do not have the plastic and paper that the throw aways do.

| I didnt even know they made reusable washable pads,,, have to look into this! I am going thru pads with buddy like CRAZY, he does pee on them but wont poop on them, but he tends to tear them up when left alone for more than 15 mins (his way of saying dont leave me alone I guess). Bill

| Yeah, my Maxi doesn't like to go poop on her wee-wee pads... she just poops anywhere she thinks she should (which is everywhere) and then she'll do this little 'after poop dance' where she acts like she is burying her poop, which she isn't, but i can't get mad at her b/c she looks so cute doing her little dance. I want her to go when i am taking her on our walks, but i think that she thinks that she is not allowed to go outside and she holds it in. and she poops like 5 times a day! is that normal? -Liz |

Liz- I could have written exactly what you just wrote! Thats sounds just like Keeley. He waits until we come inside to go. AND he won't poop on the puppy pad! Fine at peeing there though. I change the pad(s) once a day. He has 3 around the house he one in the living room, one in his room and one in the hall. I'll change it after he has gone a few times. | |

| Wow, that is a lot of poo. Actually it depends on what she is eating. Maggie only poos twice a day. Once in the morning and once late afternoon. She is now 14 weeks old. I have read that the more filler in the dog food, the more they poo. Only because they have to eat more, to get the nutrition they are seeking. Therefore, all the filler comes out multiple times.

| Maximus poops 3-4 times a day..and eats a good food..was rc puppy and now Innova...but he LOVES to eat..I swear he's full but he just doesn't want anyone taking the food even if he doesn't want it so he scarfs it down..lol..and very rarely does he make it onto the pad for poop (60%)..but he pees there every time (99.9%)..lol..this morning..I woke up went in the shower and came out to fine he had pooped on the rug in the bathroom..picked that up..next in 2 different spots on the runner in the hallway..and then to my bedroom where he pooped at the foot od the entrance and next to his wee -wee pad...I think the poop was stuck and he started moving around and left a little bit everywhere...what does this teach me?..lol..next time shut him in the bathroom with me..so I don't have to go poopy hunting

| Asia will start out pooping on the pad, but she keeps scooting forward so only 1 piece will be on the pad and the others will be near it. We picked up the pad yesterday for the cleaning lady to mop the floor, I caught Asia peeing on the floor right were the pad was suppose to be. It was funny, you can't get mad at her because she knew that was were she is suppose to go. Good thing it was not mopped yet. |
