18 months old and NOW peeing on stuff! Charlie is 18 months old and has NEVER had any issue with going potty inside. All of a sudden lately he is peeing on every corner of the couches/doorways/corners/etc. We can't catch him doing it. What can I do to deter him from peeing inside? He has a doggy door and normally goes outside.

Is he neutered? It sounds like he's marking.

not neutered. We've been trying to wait to find someone for him to breed with, but it's not going so well. If we neuter him, will it stop?

Once they start marking it is a very, very hard habit to break. Neutering may or may not totally eliminate his behavior. It may simply decrease it or not change it at all. I once knew of a dog that was neutered at 2 years old and still continued to mark, even a year later. Another one was neutered at 4 years old and it never broke the habit. You could try keeping him in belly bands for the time being until you do neuter him even after there is no guarantee he will stop.
