| pup drinks own pee This is disgusting, but is it normal for a puppy to drink its own pee everytime he goes? Just think its a very odd behavior. He eats well and drinks well and cant figure out why he's doing it. He even cleans the area on pee pads where he's gone. Is this something to be concerned with and how could I possibly break him of that? |

| Same here. I've heard of alot of poop-eaters, but never a pee-drinker. I think you should talk to your vet about it.

| I agree...I think you should talk to your vet about this. Do you know if the breeder had any problems with this? Maybe they could answer these questions for you. Good Luck!!

| I think you should discuss this with your vet too. Although I've heard that pee is sterile????? Of course, this is according to my nephew the doctor and daddy of a 2 year old who ...eeep...just may pee in the pool (the 2 year old, not the daddy)
