| What’s the best harness for a 3 pound Yorkie?? 💙 I purchased a small harness for my tiny Yorkie, but he’s able to wiggle out of it. What are your recommendations for a three pound Yorkie?? |

| Welcome to YT. Cat or ferret harness is good until they can fit into a regular dog harness.

| No, he’s 6 weeks old. The vet says he may not reach five pounds. |

| Poor guy should still be with his mom until 12 weeks. I would recommend a buddy belt when he becomes full grown because they are almost escape proof and awesome. One of our members has an awesome online doggy store.https://www.wfieldsforpets.com. Right now honestly he is probably to young and to small to be out side walking around on a leash. You might could look at cat harness. He shouldn't get any vaccines until 8 weeks or they are useless and you shouldn't walk him around places until he has all of his shots.

I bought this one on amazon for my 3 lb. 7 month old yorkie and it works great! In fact the xs is actually getting a bit snug so i just ordered a S size for the same one. It's made out of mesh so i feel like it gives more flexibility and mobility for my little guy! | |

| Buddy belt Thanks to members on this forum I finally found a wonderful harness. I have seven others that are no where near as effective and safe for my dogs. The buddy belt is great. No pressure on the tracheae, doesn’t slip off. Love it. Thanks to all who recommended it. Gew |
