Sentry Stop That Spary Hi, Has anyone tried the 'Sentry Stop That Spray' for barking? My Yorkie is a year and half now and is such a little star. She has trained so easy with everything. She has been toilet trained with no accidents since she was about 4 months old, she has been puppy classes and can do all the usual sit, paw, heel etc. One thing she does is bark like crazy! I know that barking is common with yorkies and it doesn't bother me when she barks at people passing outside or people at the door. BUT She goes so crazy at one of our neighbours! We have neighbours on either side, both have dogs. The neighbours on one side we are close too, she knows them really well both them and their dogs. She stands at the fence tail wagging for some attention. The other neighbours cant even come near their door without her barking really aggressively at them. She isn't an aggressive dog and I just don't know why she does it. She barks at both the people and their dog. It is like she is in a trance and cannot hear me, she totally ignores everything else around her and barks like mad. They are polite enough about it but I can tell it is annoying them now. They take their dog in any time she goes out but she still goes looking for them to bark at. We had some trouble with Poppy being ill as a pup she wasn't allowed out walks until she was about 16 weeks she missed the whole socialisation stage she isn't a dogs dog, she is scared of everything when out a walk but never barks aggressively at anyone apart from them. I don't know what to do with her to calm her down so thinking of trying the spray - the reviews seem pretty good just wondering if anyone has tried it!

| Some of us have purchased Bark Off by First Alert. It emits a noise that only they can hear and it has stopped the barking immediately. I use it on the dog next door too😉

I've tried that! It worked the first couple of times but then stopped. For unwanted barking inside the house I currently spray her with water, now all I need to do is reach for the spray bottle and she stops. Outside when barking at these particular neighbours I can soak her with the spray and she doesn't bat an eyelid! It's like she's in a trance of barking!

The one I have you can either have the noise on or off and I've tried both but she looks at it funny the first couple of times then just barks over it!

It arrived about a week ago and it's going relatively well so far. I just need to pick the spray up and she stops barking. With the neighbours I need to actually spray her but when I do she stops immediately which is good. I have however scared both the neighbour and their dog with it! Oops!!
