| The playpen So I have been reading alot about crating the puppy and putting them in the playpen and I am wondering if that might help with the issue I am having with him going on my rugs. I keep him in the crate at night and that is fine... He doesn't cry anymore. And I used to keep him in the playpen while I was at work, but once he proved to me that he was a good boy I gave him free run of the living room/ kitchen area ( it is all one large room) I did this because I felt bad after having him in the crate all night and then keeping him in the playpen all day when I was at work. Am I doing the wrong thing? Should I still be keeping him in the playpen with the wee wee pad and other things he needs? Do you think this will remind him that he has only 1 place to go potty? |
